Samsung, the Korean electronics giant, introduced its newest Galaxy S24 series, loaded with advanced AI features, which are being manufactured at its facility in India. This strategic move aims to cater to both the domestic market and international exports. It is considered a step to reduce dependence on China.

The Galaxy S24 series focuses on AI applications, offering new groundbreaking ai features such as live voice calls and message translations in 13 languages, including Hindi. New and improved image editing capabilities, camera effects to cater to the content creators, and the incorporation of Corning Gorilla Armor glass to reinforce the display’s durability.

• Display: 6.2-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED screen with up to 120Hz refresh rate
• Processor: The processor is powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2400 chipset, however, the snapdragon chipset has superior performance compared to Exynos
• Storage: The new models are available in configurations with up to 256GB storage options
• Camera: S24 comes with a triple rear camera setup, including a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom & 30x digital zoom

The S24 series comes with AI-driven translation features including a real-time interpreter for phone calls in 13 languages and text conversation translation in Samsung’s keyboard app.

Notably, the Qi2 wireless charging is absent in the S24 series, but Samsung promises to compensate by offering seven years of OS upgrades and security updates.
