Scholarship Benefits
Recipients of the Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship will receive comprehensive support, including:
- 100% coverage of tuition fees for the entire duration of their single undergraduate degree, which can extend up to four years of full-time study.
- Coverage of the Student Services Amenities Fee for the duration of their studies.
However, the scholarship does not cover other expenses such as Overseas Health Cover (OSHC), living costs, accommodation, textbooks, flights, and costs associated with being under the age of 18.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Have applied for, but not yet commenced, a single undergraduate coursework degree at the University of Sydney, including embedded honors programs with a maximum duration of four years.
- Enroll full-time in their undergraduate program.
- Be an international student as defined by the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
- Have not commenced any tertiary studies previously.
The scholarship is not available for combined degrees with a postgraduate component or specific dual degree programs.
